UK Orders
- Standard Delivery is Free on all orders
- We attempt to process and despatch all orders within 2 working days of you placing your order. Under some circumstances this can be longer. We will attempt to contact you should this be the case.
- Orders are only despatched Monday to Friday, so if you order on a Friday or a Weekend your order will not leave us until Monday, with the exception of bank holidays.
- Faster shipping services may be available but delivery times are not guaranteed. Standard despatch times still apply with faster delivery services.
- Custom orders may require additional time before despatch.
International Deliveries
- Delivery charges vary depending on items ordered and the destination.
- Charges are detailed during checkout.
- If your location is not included please contact us with details so we can update with the correct rates.
Lost or Incorrect Deliveries
- If there is any issue with the item or items that you have received, please contact us so that it can be investigated and resolved.
- Please check all items upon receipt for signs of any damage.
- If your delivery looks to be damaged or the packaging is torn or open, please take a photograph before opening it as this will assist with any claim with the carrier.
- If your items do not arrive, please contact us to investigate. Standard delivery items usually take 2 to 3 working days from despatch but can take up to 10 working days.
- We always allow the full 10 working days for delivery before an item is considered lost.
- These delivery times are for UK deliveries, international delivery times will vary by region.
